Es el primer autoemulsionante multifuncional libre de PEG(Polietilenglicol) diseñado para sistemas O/W que tienen la capacidad de generar estructuras de crístal líquido.

Se considera una combinación compleja de ácidos grasos derivados del aceite de oliva.

Químicamente es similar a la composición lipídica de la piel.

Tiene la propiedad de auto-emulsionar en entornos hidrófilos y lipofílicos.

Representa un agente único dotado con una doble función,restaurar y mantener la integridad de la barrera de la piel y además,proporcionar en sí la base emulsionante.

Esto conduce a la creación de formulaciones cosméticas que en su aplicación aportarán un efecto natural en la piel.

Especificaciones

Olivem 1000 es una cera sólida en forma de escamas de color blanco-marfil y de olor característico.

Soluble en disolventes orgánicos y dispersable en aceites vegetales o minerales,propilen glicol,etanol y agua.

Es un autoemulsionante No-Ionico ni Etoxilado

Modo de empleo

Comenzamos calentando la fase A(oleosa) hasta 75-80ºC.En ésta fase añadiremos los aceites esenciales,ceras..

Siempre que utilicemos emulsionante Olivem la máxima concentración admitida para fase oleosa es de 22%

A continuación,añadimos el Olivem 1000 en la fase B(acuosa) directamente en el agua caliente(70ºC) con agitación magnética. Agitamos durante 5 minutos y homogeneizamos.

Después mezclamos ambas fases con agitación constante hasta que descienda la temperatura a unos 40ºC.

Finalmente,incorporamos la Fase C(perfume,aditivos termolábiles..)
